Crushed Pineapple Cake
Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix (or white cake mix)
3 eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 cups shredded coconut, optional
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a pan with cooking spray.
2. Beat the cake mix, eggs, oil and crushed pineapple. If desired, fold in coconut.
3. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
4. Bake for about 30 minutes or until done.
